Grown by Alex Arango at La Colmena (The Beehive) in Villamaría, Colombia, it thrives in a unique microclimate shaped by cool mountain air and volcanic soil—perfect for developing complex flavours.

Processed using the natural method at the Jamaica drying station, the cherries undergo extended fermentation, enhancing their depth and sweetness. The result? A lush, cocktail-like cup bursting with pineapple, blueberry, violet, and cola—bold, elegant, and unforgettable.
